This month from the Gesundheit Kitchen, board member and “Chef without a Stomach,” Hans Rueffert is back with a fresh and colorful pasta salad that is so simple yet so delicious! With many alternate grain pasta options to choose from, Hans shares his favorite red lentil pasta, which is filled with plenty of plant based protein – a whopping 13 grams! Make a big bowl of this that you can portion out and graze from throughout the day. And remember that roasted carrot recipe from episode 13? Why not add those in for even more color and flavor!
