Resistance to antibiotics used to treat harmful stomach infection doubles in 20 years, new study finds

At United European Gastroenterology’s UEG Week in Barcelona, researchers presented a study of 1,232 patients that showed that resistance to clarithryomycin, which is used to treat H. Pylori, has increased from 9.9% to 21.6% in the last two decades.
