Harriet Patterson, MPH, brings over 20 years of distinguished leadership in health and patient advocacy organizations, including eight years in executive roles at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Most recently, she served as Associate Vice-President of Volunteer Engagement at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, leading strategic initiatives to strengthen volunteer impact, recruitment and organizational capacity. Earlier in her career, Harriet was Executive Director of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s Northern California Chapter, where she drove significant revenue growth through major gifts programs. She previously served as Deputy Executive Director of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Greater Bay Area chapter, where she led major gifts and donor stewardship.
A graduate of Princeton University with a Master of Public Health from the University of Auckland, Harriet brings proven expertise in fundraising, volunteer engagement, program development and nonprofit management.
