Sequential Ipilimumab Monotherapy vs Best Supportive Care for Unresectable Locally Advanced/Metastatic Gastric or Gastroesophageal Junction Cancer

A recent study looked into sequential Ipilimumab monotherapy for unresectable locally advanced gastric cancer. It found ipilimumab was manageable but did not show improvements over best supportive care. However, the study supports investigation of ipilimumab in combination with other therapies.
