Optimal Duration of First-Line Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastric Cancer: Data from the AGAMENON Registry

A study concludes that longer first-line chemotherapy regimens for patients with gastric cancer has a protective effect, and that discontinuing platinum chemo but maintaining fluoropyrimidine offers similar efficacy with fewer toxicities.
