Eradicating H. Pylori Reduces Gastric Cancer Risk

Eliminating Helicobacter pylori in patients with early gastric cancer may reduce the risk of recurring disease. In a recent study from American Association for Cancer Research, eradicating the bacterial infection reduced the risk of developing a subsequent gastric cancer by almost 50%.
