Oral fluoropyrimidine versus intravenous 5-fluorouracil for the treatment of advanced gastric and colorectal cancer: meta-analysis

In comparing the efficacy and toxicities of oral fluoropyrimidine and intravenous 5–Fluorouracil(5–Fu), researchers find oral–fluoropyrimidines  are a more convenient and adjustable treatment alternative for advanced gastric cancer.
