Increased Oral Pathogens and Decreased Bacterial Diversity Predict Precancerous Lesions of Stomach Cancer

New research out of NYU shows an increase in pathogens associated with periodontal disease and a decrease in bacterial diversity in the mouth can contribute to the development of precancerous lesions of stomach cancer.
