CUL4A promotes cell invasion in gastric cancer by activating the NF-κB signaling pathway
A study recently published in Dove Press suggests Cullin 4A may promote gastric cancer cell invasion by regulating the NF-κB signaling pathway – and could be considered as a potential therapeutic target. The protein Cullin 4A plays a critical role in DNA replication, cell cycle regulation, and genomic instability.
