Curcumin sensitizes human gastric cancer cells to 5-fluorouracil through inhibition of the NFκB survival-signaling pathway

A recent DovePress study found the combination of curcumin and 5-FU inhibited gastric cancer growth and induction of potent apoptosis in resistant cancer cells, and should be further studied as a potential treatment.
